
We specialize in developing employee recognition awards that make a lasting impression. All custom engraving is done inhouse at our location at 980 St. Mary’s Road and includes sand etching, laser and computer etching.
Hours of Operation: 9:00am-5:00pm CST Monday thru Friday.
To ensure quality assurance, all customized orders must be submitted in full a minimum of five (5) business days ahead of the required pick-up date.
An order will be considered rush if required less than five business days from the time of placement. All rush jobs will be subject to a 20% surcharge fee applicable to the final invoice. No exceptions.
To ensure the quality assurance of orders already placed, PlayAll Awards reserves the right not to accept rush jobs at any time.
For high volume orders, we require a minimum of 15 business days to process.
Special request jobs may require more lead time than outlined. Special request jobs will be addressed on a case by case bases.
Changes to orders will not be accepted after final submission is made. If changes to orders are made, a 20% surcharge will be applied to the final invoice.
Orders are shipped via courier prepaid with shipping & handling charges added to the invoice. All invoicing will be agreed to via email or fax.
Laser engraving orders need to be accompanied by suitable artwork. Black and white vector format files are preferred. This can be done on our web site. Click here to do this on-line.
Orders over $300.00 will require a 50% prepayment for initiation.
